Former Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh has said that the hasty implementation of GST and demonetisation have adversely impacted GDP growth of the country. Both have had a negative impact on the informal sector, the small-scale sector, and these are the sectors that are responsible for 40 per cent of country's GDP."
