You can try to fit it back into the case or just wrap electrical or duct tape around it. But it may not fit well in your charger if you do that. This pack I rebuilt was a Nikko Ni-Cd 6v. But you can do this with most others. You can also just buy a new pack, but its fun to crack stuff open and see how things work.
