We had a big week in Minnesota including a huge outing at Roy Griak and two quality days spent with Edina and Wayzata. It made the most sense for this week's Deep Dive to be focused on the Heartland region. The speed round recognizes some record breaking performances and introduces a new athlete to the national scene.
