This easy and foolproof Pepper Steak and Onions recipe, will prevent you from ever ordering Chinese food out again. Top round steak is thinly sliced, then marinated in egg white, soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, and cornstarch. Then lightly velvetted before being quickly stir fried with peppers, onions and garlic.
