China is not holding back after North Korea's sixth nuclear test, and the country is now closing companies in its territory that are operated by the nation. China is a part of the UN Security Council and voted for fresh sanctions on September 11th. The country has already made moves to ban textile and oil exports. This would be the biggest economic growth North Korea has seen in 17 years.
