How to make Chicken Tikka in Airfryer - Simple Recipe
Ingredients
Boneless Chicken - 250 gm
Curd or Yoghurt - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Gram flour - 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt & Oil - as needed, Lemon - Half
Method :
Mix Curd or Yoghurt with all spices listed before
Add Ginger Garlic paste , salt and squeeze half lemon
mix everything to a thick paste without adding water
Add cooking oil and mix it well.
Insert the chicken pieces in wooden sticks
Marinate in Refrigerator for 1 hour or more
Arrange the chicken sticks in airfryer
Cook at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Turn the chicken sticks and cook for 10 more minutes\
Tasty and spicy chicken tikka is now ready
