Dangerous Drugs Board chairman Gen. Dionisio Santiago on Wednesday said that the DDB will launch an anti-drug campaign printed on the sticker called "Love LIFE". He said it is a balance campaign with emphasis that anti drug campaign is not all about killings. Video and editing by Noy Morcoso
