To make sure you are facing the same problem hold R-Trigger and the home-button when your VITA is off. if you see the Recovery screen, it means you facing the same problem and it means your power button is stuck and basicly always pressed. you must unassemble your device to fix it, but its an easy and quick fix.. thanks Sonly for selling as a malfunction devices !
