The only effect on guitar is chorus; sound recorded while playing for the video, no overdubs.
Bass line recorded in several parts though. (I suck at bass ;)

Guitars/bass recorded through a Vox Tonelab LE amp simulator; digital recording on PC from the Tonelab's SPDIF output.
Compression & a bit a reverb added when mixing.
