Dancers at the New York City Halloween parade on October 31 moved to the beat of “Thriller” as part of the annual festivity in Greenwich Village.
Seen wearing a variety of costumes, dancers launched into a choreography of the popular Michael Jackson song as passerbys and other parade attendants watched from either side of the street. The dance is a tradition that has taken place every Halloween since 2004.
The annual holiday parade carried on despite the truck attack in lower Manhattan just hours before, which left eight dead and more than a dozen injured when the vehicle rammed into pedestrians. Credit: Instagram/xujianuo1992 via Storyful
