Ingredients:-
125 gms. Powdered Sugar
¼ cup Ghee
2 Eggs
125 gms. All purpose flour (Maida)
1 tsp. Baking powder
125gms. Chocolate (Melt half the quantity and chop the rest)
75ml. Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla essence
Oil for greasing
Chocolate Chips
Method:-
1. In a bowl beat powdered sugar and ghee together for a minute.
2. Add one egg first and beat the mixture and then add the second egg. Beat again for 2 minutes.
3. Now add maida and baking powder to the mixture and beat again.
4. Add molten chocolate, milk, vanilla essence and rest of the chocolate to this.
5. Mix with a spatula in a clockwise direction.
6. Grease a cake tin with oil and pour the batter in it.
7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
8. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes.
9. Let it cool down for 5 minutes and then take out of the tin.
10. Place on a cooling rack to cool down.
