Sen. Rand Paul was assaulted by his neighbor in Kentucky while he was reportedly mowing his law, media reported. Rene Boucher, 59, was charged with misdemeanor assault. Spokeswoman Kelsey Cooper Police are currently investigating whether the incident was politically-motivated.
