An incident happened with Steve Sucher, once in July, Steve Sucher was sitting on his front porch and was just looking here and there. He saw some children playing outside his house and there were vehicles too passing by the road, so they usually used to stop until vehicles passes and later resumed their play. He felt bad for the children and that particular time he thought of an idea to build a park and keep the children away and safe from the streets.
