In early October 2016, Mattel released 2016 2-Pack Case D. This case includes two new 2-packs: Grem with Helmet/Acer with Helmet and E. Manual Maniez/Bruno Motoreau. Although they havent been found at any stores in the USA yet, online retailers, such as Amazon, have received them. \r

Grem and Acer with Helmets appeared in the second Carsduring the ocean chase scene. Finn McMissile was escaping the oil rig via hydrofoils, but Grem and Acer were pursuing him on battle ships while wearing helmets. Acer with Helmet was initially released in a new 2-pack with Professor Z, but Grem with Helmet has never been previously released.\r
