Destruction of evidence is one of the key angles that the Central Bureau of Investigation probing the Ryan school murder case is looking into. CBI sources say that they are looking closely at the case from the point of view of evidence being destroyed. With regard to the motive and accused, it is an open and shut case, the CBI says. The CBI had recently arrested a class 11 boy in connection to the murder. The child in conflict allegedly confessed to the crime and said that he murdered 6 year old Pradyuman Thakur as he wanted the examinations postponed. The CBI is questioning a host of people to ascertain if there was any attempt to destroy evidence or cover up the murder. As per the statement given by the juvenile to the Juvenile Justice Board, he had gone out and called the gardener and school teachers after the murder. It is not clear whether he wanted to inform them about the death of the boy or had he told them about committing the crime. Questioning these persons would be very crucial to the case.
