This baby bat was crying out for her mother as she was swaddled in a blanket by her rescuer Denise Wade. The rescue center is located in Queensland, Australia.

According to the rescuer, the bat was found under a tree alone and it looked like she had been there for a couple of days. She was lucky not to have been attacked by predatory birds or by any of the elements. Denise has the rehabilitation planned to help bring the bat back to full health.
