The Duke of Cambridge will announce today (November 16) a “green cross code” for the 21st century. It will teach young people, aged 11 to 16, what to do if they fall victim to dangerous anonymous bullying online.
The project brings together the biggest broadband companies to generate a code of conduct for the internet urging young people to "stop, speak, support".
