Aloo ka Bharta Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
-Sabut lal mirch (Whole red chilies) 4-5
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & peeled 1 kg
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 2
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5
-Curry pata (Curry leaves) 15-20
-Makhan (Butter) 4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Directions:
-In small frying pan,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,whole red chilies and roast until fragrant & let it cool.
-In spice mixer,add roasted spices and grind to make a coarse powder & set aside.
-In bowl,add boiled potatoes and mash well.
-In wok,add oil,onion and fry until translucent.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-Add cumin seeds and mix well.
-Add green chilies and mix well.
-Add curry leaves and give it a good mix.
-Add butter and mix well.
-Add ground spices and mix well.
-Add onion and mix well.
-Add mashed potatoes,salt and mix well,cook on medium low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander,mix well & serve.

-Spice mixer mein roasted spices dal dein aur grind ker ka coarse powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein boiled aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Karhai mein oil aur pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Curry pata dal ker mix ker lein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ground spices dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Mashed aloo aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein & serve karein.
