प्रद्युम्न मामले में अबतक आरोपी बताए जा रहे कंडक्टर अशोक को जमानत मिल गई है. इस मामले में अशोक को कोर्ट ने यह कहकर जमानत दी है कि यह किसी की ज़िन्दगी और मौत का सवाल है. सीबीआई ने अबतक अशोक के ख़िलाफ़ कोई सबूत नहीं दिए हैं, ऐसे में यह कतई नहीं माना जा सकता है कि प्रद्युम्न मामले में अशोक ही दोषी है. इसके अलावा कोर्ट ने सीबीआई को फटकार भी लगाईं है. आपको याद हो बीते 8 सितम्बर को प्रद्युम्न गंभीर अवस्था में अपने स्कूल के टॉयलेट में मिला था, जिसके बाद हरियाणा पुलिस ने 12 घंटे के भीरत अशोक को मामले का दोषी बताते हुए गिरफ्तार कर लिया था.
