Tokyo (Japan), Dec 1 (EFE/EPA). The government and the Japanese Imperial House Agency have agreed Friday to mark April 30, 2019 as the most favorable date for the abdication of Emperor Akihito, which will be the first resignation from the throne by a living emperor in two centuries.
