Protection Against Sexual Orientation Discrimination
19 states have passed legislation preventing sexual orientation discrimination in government and private sector jobs. Unfortunately Arizona is not one of those states. There is hope, however.
Tempe became the first Arizona city to ban workplace sexual orientation discrimination in 2014, meaning Tempe employees have legal protections from sexual orientation discrimination.
