Thousands of Twitter users urged people to #BoycottSanFrancisco after a jury acquitted undocumented immigrant Jose Ines Garcia Zarate of Kate Steinle's murder. Steinle was fatally shot while walking in San Francisco, a sanctuary city, on July 1, 2015.
