Sasbadi to raise RM68 million from IPO

Sasbadi Holdings which is en route to a listing on Bursa Malaysia plans to raise 68 million ringgit from the exercise.

It will utilise the proceeds to establish applied learning centres and to part finance the acquisition of publishing businesses.
