Taliworks CORP is investing a further RM464.4 million to upgrade and expand its four existing municipal waste water treatment plants in Yinchuan, China. In an announcement, Taliworks said its unit Taliworks wastewater treatment inked an agreement with Yinchuan city construction bureau on May 31st for the upgrading and expansion of the treatment plants.
