Chief Financial Officer of Telekom Malaysia, Datuk Bazlan Osman, said that the company targets to complete its acquisition of a controlling 57% stake in Packet One Networks by the third quarter of the year. The company is setting aside 22% of its revenue this year as capital expenditure for this year.
