On Tuesday, Congressman John Conyers retired from Congress amid accusations of sexual misconduct.
Conyers is the longest serving member of Congress and the founder of the Congressional Black Caucus.
Today a new complaint has been lodged against Conyers.
Courtney Morse, 36, said she was a 20-year-old college student when Conyers propositioned her.
On Tuesday, she said she believes Conyers resigned to escape further scrutiny.
Morse claims she rejected Conyers advances.
