Ilam brings in light Punjab's unknown battle of sanity, it highlights the major social issue prevalent in Punjab, the drug menace. The short film is an effective narrative shown through the eyes of an old man. It leaves the viewer in a state of contemplation but also with a ray of hope for a prosperous future.
