Ingredients:-
⅓ cup Raisins
⅔ cup Tutti Frutti
⅔ cup Candied Peels
¼ cup Dryfruits
1½ cup Water
½ cup Orange Juice
½ cup Melted Butter
¾ cup Sugar
1½ tsp. All Spice Powder (Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger and Nutmeg)
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1¾ cup Refined Flour (Maida)
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Method:-
1. In a saucepan, add raisins, tuttfi frutti, candied peels, dry fruits and water. Bring to a boil and turn the flame off.
2. Add orange juice, melted butter, sugar, all spice mix and lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. In a bowl add sieve together maida and baking powder.
4. Add the, now cold, mixture to this and whisk it well.
5. Grease a muffin tray and pour the batter in it.
6. Preheat the oven at 160°C for 10 minutes and bake the muffins for 40 minutes.
