In the past few years, there's been a pretty massive increase in NBA player salaries. In 2016, when Mike Conley signed a $153 million extension with the Grizzlies, it was the biggest contract in the history of the league. Since then there have been five different players who've signed deals worth even more money. The two-time league MVP Stephen Curry has a five-year contract worth $201.2 million, which is more than what Klay Thompson and Draymond Green make in combined salaries. LeBron James is the second highest-paid NBA player after Curry with a $99.9 million three-year contract.
