After several days behind bars, Track Palin is attempting to get out of jail in time for Christmas, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
According to Alaskan court records obtained by Radar, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s troubled son has hired a high-powered Anchorage attorney, Patrick N. Bergt, who called a hearing for first bail review.
A court source told Radar that the boozy father of two, 28, and his attorney are asking for Alaska Pretrial Services to be his third party. (As Radar reported yesterday, Track needs a court-approved third party to bail him out and supervise him until his December 27 hearing before the judge.)
The bail hearing will be held this afternoon.
