One person is dead and dozens more are missing after firefighters in the Southern Philippines city of Davao worked to calm a fire that broke out on Saturday. Philippine News Agency (PNA) reported authorities found "one charred body" from the fourth floor of the New City Commercial Center (NCCC) mall on Sunday. An additional 36 people are still missing, most feared to be dead.
