Fulton, New York, was under a lake-effect snow warning on Saturday, December 30. One to three more inches of snow were forecasted to fall before Monday.
The area had already received more than five feet of snow accumulatively earlier in the preceding week. The National Weather Service reported in addition to the new snowfall, residents of Oswego and Cayuga counties could experience wind chills to range from -10 to -25 degrees Fahrenheit.
