Radiohead is Suing Lana Del Rey for Copyright Infringement On Sunday, Del Rey tweeted that the rock band is suing over her song "Get Free." The track has similar progressions to Radiohead's 1992 song "Creep." Del Rey, Kieron Menzies and Rick Nowels have songwriter's credits on the track.
