Supreme Court has changed its decision that it is not mandatory to play the national anthem in the film festival since now. While revising the order of 30th November 2017 on the Supreme Court on Tuesday, the Supreme Court said that it is not mandatory to play the national anthem in cinemas across the country. Earlier on Monday, the Central Government had said in the Supreme Court that the national anthem should not be made mandatory at this time. After this, the government will decide if a notification or circular will be issued or not. He also said that you can not decide anybody's patriotism about playing the national anthem in the cinema.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले को बदला है कि अब से राष्ट्रगान का सिनेमघार में बजाना अनिवार्य नहीं है । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को अपने 30 नवंबर 2017 के आदेश में संशोधन करते हुए कहा कि देशभर के सिनेमाघरों में राष्ट्रगान बजाना अनिवार्य नहीं है. इससे पहलेे सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केन्‍द्र सरकार ने कहा था कि फिलहाल राष्ट्रगान को अनिवार्य ना बनाया जाए. इसके बाद सरकार तय करेगी कि कोई नोटिफिकेशन या सर्कुलर जारी किया जाए या नहीं. वहीं ये भी कहा कि सिनेमाघर में राष्ट्रगान बजाने को लेकर आप किसी की देशभक्ति को तय नहीं कर सकते है।
