Sample is collected in one of the regions in Russia over a period of several years of people who are believed to be the victims or Targeted Individuals for Psychotronic, Psychophysical. Nonlethal, ‘New’ Physical Principles, Directed Energy weapons or, simply, Gangstalking. Some of these people are either dead or gone missing by now...So, what do we have here? We have majority of the sample of people with no or insignificant health problems, no serious addictions, who lived and worked in the same place, suddenly either died or went missing during holiday seasons. And most of them were Russian people by their nationality...Other countries do not have as much of Russian population as Russia has, of course, but Russians in Russia can be considered as a proxy for some nationalities in other countries, such as some ‘melting pots’. In any case, there is no support in the data to the very ‘bold’ claim that “Nazi pigs” are behind the psychotronic terror and gangstalking and that “everybody” can be the victim. No, this is not the case...In summary, talking about the perpetrators based on the data from our sample: more than 80 percent of them are not of the main nationality in Russia, their level of intelligence is on average lower than that of the T.I.s, they have health problems from birth, they don’t like sports and don’t have other hobbies, they are not married, they don’t have children in the most productive periods of their lives, they on average quite risk averse in comparison to T.I.s, they avoid working for a certain sub-industry of the military-industrial complex, and patriotism is, probably, no their favorite word. If Russia, as some ‘scientists’ put it,is a “natural laboratory or a natural experiment”, then these results can be and will be generalizable to other countries too.

The results presented here are not the revelations of the last days, but it would be interesting to see the ‘hit-rate’, the number of correctly guessed cases when the perpetrators and those who are behind all of this, open their archives.
