Sea smoke floated above Lake Superior’s wake near Duluth, Minnesota, on Thursday, January 11, amid a cold snap that struck the area.
According to the Duluth News Tribune, the temperature plunged rapidly on Thursday, going from 32 degrees Fahrenheit at midnight to two degrees above zero by 3pm.
