A newly-sworn in police officer has been killed and two others have been injured after coming under fire while responding to a domestic incident near Dale City in Virginia, officials and witnesses say. A civilian is also believed to have been shot. Officer Ashley Guindon was one of three officers who were shot and died of her injuries.
