A small plane has crashed into a house near an airport in the Brazilian city of São Paulo, causing a number of casualties, local officials say. Large plumes of black smoke can be seen rising from the area. The aircraft belonged to businessman Roger Agnelli, who previously served as the president of mining company Vale.
