We speak with the pioneers of the industry, the DJ's involved at the core of the discussion, and those who are taking the experience of sound away from the club domain and to new and exciting environments.
We discuss the feeling that arguably the quality of sound has reached its peak in terms of technical capabilities, therefore innovation is small but pivotal.
On top of this we discuss the rapid and varied influx of new DJ's hitting clubs that once were only graced solely by vinyl playing, sound connoisseurs - what does this mean to the sound quality in clubs, and those innovators pushing it to its limits every day.
We also unearth the life and importance of the sound engineer and how they should be a DJ's best mate at all times.
With blu's sitting as an innovator of existing technology, we ask if sound can follow suit and continue to push boundaries, or if the influx of new DJ's, with people spending life needing everything at a million miles an hour, is jeopardising this progress.
