South Africa beat India by 135 runs in the second Test to seal the three-match Test series 2-0 at Centurion on Wednesday. South African bowlers yet again ran through the Indian batting order as debutant Lungi Ngidi finished with the figures of six for 39. India resumed their innings on 35 for three with Pujara and Parthiv on strike. However, India lost three quick wickets in form of Pujara, Parthiv and Hardik Pandya. South African bowlers were on-point as the Indian batsmen struggled to counter the bounce and swing. Rohit and Shami stitched together a 53-run partnership before Rohit was dismissed by Rabada. Chasing 287 for a win, India were bundled out for 151 in the second innings.


सेंचुरियन में खेले गए दूसरे टेस्ट मैच में साउथ अफ्रीका के हाथों भारत को 135 रनों की करारी हार का सामना करना पड़ा. इस जीत के साथ ही साउथ अफ्रीका ने तीन मैचों की सीरीज में 2-0 की अजेय बढ़त बना ली है. चौथी पारी में भारत के सामने 287 रनों का लक्ष्य था लेकिन पांचवें दिन के पहले सेशन में ही पूरी टीम 151 रनों पर ढेर हो गई. साउथ अफ्रीका के लिए डेब्यू कर रहे लुंगी एनगीडी ने दूसरी पारी पारी में छह बल्लेबाजों को पवेलियन भेजा.,,,मैच के पांचवें दिन भारत को 252 रन बनाने थे लेकिन सभी सात विकेट सिर्फ 116 रन बनाकर ही पवेलियन लौट गए. 35 रन पर 3 विकेट से आगे खेलने उतरी भारतीय टीम ने 15 ओवर तक अफ्रीका गेंदबाजों को विकेट के लिए तरसाया लेकिन चेतेश्वर पुजारा(19) ने दूसरी पारी में भी अपना विकेट विरोधी टीम को रन आउट के रूप तोहफे स्वरूप दे दिया. पूजारा भारतीय टेस्ट इतिहास में दोनों पारी में रन आउट होने वाले पहले बल्लेबाज बने
