If there's one thing Donald Trump has proven after a year in office, its that he’s better at killing bipartisan deals than sealing them. Instead of securing a bipartisan deal to fund the government and help hundreds of thousands of young documented immigrants that Trump said deserve compassion, the president and GOP Congress are scrambling just to keep the government open yet again. This comes after Trump rejected a bipartisan Senate agreement to protect Dreamers. abruptly changing course and siding with the anti-immigration wing inside the White House. This demonstrates once again to Democrats and Republicans that Trump is an unpredictable, unreliable partner who cannot be trusted to keep his word.
