A beginner's recipe that is simple and easy to assemble. Do try this recipe otherwise, as it tastes delicious and takes minimum efforts to bring it together.

Ingredients:
- 250 gms of Boiled Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Split Bengal Gram ( శనగపప్పు)
- 1/2 tsp Split Black Gram (ఛాయ మినపప్పు)
- 2-3 Green Chilles ( Chopped )
- 1/2 inch Ginger ( Chopped )
- 1/4 Turmeric Powder
- 10-15 Curry Leaves
- Salt To Taste

Method :
- In a Pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat it. Once the oil is hot enough, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp split Bengal gram,1/2 tsp split black gram and saute it well for 1- 2 minutes.
- Once tempering is sauted well, add 2-3 chopped green chillies, 1/2 inch chopped ginger, 10-15 curry leaves and mix it well.
- In Tempering add 250 gm boiled potatoes, mash it with hands.
- Add Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric and mix it well.
- Once it is done, keep it aside and let it cool.
- Mashed potato mixture has cooled off, add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
