Boris Johnson MP is expected call for an extra £100m to be spent on the NHS after Britain leaves the European Union when he attends this week’s Cabinet meeting in Downing Street today. Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond reminded a reporter in Brussels this morning that Mr Johnson is the Foreign Secretary, and that the Health Secretary received an extra £6bn in the last Budget.
