After Vietnam’s national soccer team won a nail-biting penalty shootout against Qatar in an under-23 championship on January 23, residents in Ho Chi Minh City took to the streets in parade of scooters to celebrate the country’s historic win.

Miglė Šimonėlytė captured a video of the locals driving through the city on their scooters, waving flags in celebration.
