We started the day bright and early in New Iberia seeing how cajun sausage, aka boudin was made. We then headed to 1868 on Avery Island to get a cooking lesson on cajun cuisine.
Then we headed back to Lafayette to visit two breweries. First we visited Parish brewing co to try their famous Ghost in the Machine double IPA and another nine beers. Plus a tour of the brewery with Andrew the owner.
Lastly we visited Cajun brewery where Zeke the owner gave us a tour of the brewery, we tried all their beers and even a mead!
