Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said on January 25 that more than 300 Kurdish fighters had been killed during Operation Olive Branch in northern Syria, according to a report by Turkey’s Anadolu agency, though Kurdish estimates were far fewer.
Kurdish Hawar News Agency said on the same day Turkish shelling was continuing in Afrin and surrounding areas. It said one civilian had been killed.
