Our founder, David Lampp, has over 20 years experience in the HVAC Industry. Formerly a partner of Holland Services of three years, David was also the Northeast Area Service Foreman for Trane in Jacksonville, FL and a Service Technician for Trane in Orlando, FL, for a total of 10 years. David came to Trane with a combined seven years experience as a Service Technician at two HVAC companies out of Orlando, FL, Westbrook Service Corp and Control Solutions, LLC. David has obtained numerous certifications qualifying him to work on most any type of HVAC equipment and any brand.

Saint Augustine has been David's home for over nine years. In 2009, he and a partner founded Villages Football Association (VFA) in the World Golf Village area of Saint Augustine, FL where he was the head coach of a 5,6, & 7 year olds tackle football team. David is still involved and volunteers with their football program. He also assists in coaching at the High School Varsity level at Christ Church Academy in Mandarin, FL. David is a family man, having six children (five boys and one girl) and a wife of 15 plus years. Our clients come from all walks of life. No job is too big or too small.
