Bangkok (Thailand), Feb 7 (EFE/EPA). The Spanish national, Artur Segarra, who was given a death sentence for murder of another Spaniard in Bangkok, is undergoing medical treatment after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, sources close to the case told EFE.
