Ingredients used in CAULIFLOWER PICKLE • Cauliflower florets - 1 Bowl ( 1/2 Kg • Salt - to taste. • Red chili powder - 2 tablespoons. • Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 Cup • Lemon juice - 1/2 cup. • Oil - 3 tablespoons. • Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon. . Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp Garlic Pods - 12 to 15
Method: 1.Take 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds in a pan and dry roast it to brown in color. 2. Once it is done, take it into the mixie jar and blend into smooth powder. 3. In a bowl add small cauliflower florets, salt, red chili powder, fenugreek seed powder and lemon juice mix it well.
For the tempering: Heat oil in a small pan add mustard seeds then pour this tempering on the top of the cauliflower pickle.
Add this to the cauliflower mixture. Cover with a lid. Let this soak for 24 hours or at least for 3 days before serving.
