What do you get when you mix pineapple, tequila and passion fruit juice? It’s the Hawaiian version of a margarita, natch. Rim a glass with Li Hing Mui powder for added authenticity: made from dried plums, the powder adds a combo of sweet, sour and salty to the frozen drink.
